Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you total control over your mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail box in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward emails from one e-mail account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your e-mail box accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mailboxes against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming mails on the basis of certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one email account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just select the email mailbox account you wish to redirect emails from, then select the destination email box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
